hey! This city is amazing. There are tons of people and life is good. It’s hot and sweaty but easily bearable. The pictures are of....the one of me is I’m on what is called the lungomare. Every night there are thousands of people on this walk that goes down to the beach and we do street there almost every night or a part of it because there is another street that has tons of stores along it and there are literally 10 thousand or more people every evening before the sun goes down. When the sun goes down they go to the lungomare, and the best thing about it is it is that they are both within a five min walk from our house. The other picture is of the view from the church building which is an apartment above a store but it is pretty nice. There are like 18 members and they are all over 50 but they are pretty good. A few of them live over two hours away and come every Sunday, and our branch president is from a different city on Sicily and takes the boat across every Sunday with his car....the boats take cars and trains across...its pretty cool. The train just drives up on the boat. Well we have like 5 investigators ish right now and they are pretty cool, my favorite is Lipu who is a big body guard dude from Africa and he is awesome. Anziano Teran is good and he works hard. Our area is huge I was mistaken last time with the hour and a half train ride it actually covers the whole toe of Italy....yeah big. And about 30 seconds away from our house is a castle. A really old castle and it is way cool. Life is good and everyday I understand the people more and more and I don’t have anything to complain about because everything is good. Our house is nice the only room with AC is the room we sleep in and all the other rooms are pretty hot but we sleep well. The reason we cant drink the water is because it is salt water haha...it's filtered ocean water so that is what we shower in and wash clothes and stuff in but its actually not bad at all. Food here is good :) but in this city we don’t eat much with members cause they don’t have much money. This month is also the vacation month and people leave till the middle of September. Stores close and the only thing that will be open after Saturday is food stores haha. and Saturday is a holiday here and we do a deep clean of the whole apartment. All is well life is good I love you all and I trust in the Lord with all that I do.
